NEW SECTION added to Chapter 36-29
The board shall implement procedures for the completion of a state and federal fingerprint-based criminal background check for an athletic trainer seeking to participate in the athletic trainer compact adopted by section of this Act. The athletic trainer must pay for the cost of fingerprinting and conducting the background check. 7
