"911 Telecommunicator" defined. 34-45-22. The term, 911 telecommunicator, as used in §§ For purposes of §§ 3-25 12C-101 and 34-45-22 to 34-45-32, inclusive, "911 telecommunicator" means any employee of the state, or any political subdivision thereof, thereof of the state, whose primary full-time or part-time duties are receiving, processing, and transmitting public safety information received through a 911 emergency reporting system as defined in § 34-45-1. 29
