NEW SECTION added to Chapter 34-46
A board of county commissioners may approve a license to operate one cigar bar outside of the boundary of a municipality, within its jurisdiction. A governing body of a municipality may approve a license to operate one cigar bar within its jurisdiction, and may approve one additional license to operate a cigar bar within its jurisdiction for every twenty-five thousand legal residents of the municipality. An establishment operating under the provisions of § 34-46-18 is not included in the limitations provided in this section. 10
