NEW SECTION added to Chapter 50-15
No person may use a drone, small unmanned aircraft, or small unmanned aircraft system, as defined in § 50-1-1, to conduct surveillance of, interfere with the operation of, or photographically or electronically record a state military installation, facility, aircraft, military vehicle, or weapons system, without obtaining prior written consent from the military installation or facility commander. A violation of this section is a Class felony. 11
