NEW SECTION added to Chapter 22-11
No person may publish, by electronic means, the home address, date of birth, or social security number of a judicial officer or law enforcement officer: (1) Without the officer's consent; and (2) With the intent to: (a) Place the officer in reasonable fear of death or great bodily injury; or (b) Cause the officer to reasonably fear for the officer's safety or the safety of the officer's immediate family. A violation of this section is a Class felony. 12
